I really enjoy the Ladies Peer Support Group because we all support each other, we are there for each other. It's nice that we have a meal together.

Church helps me a lot, I've met lots of people. I love coming each week and hearing the Word and what God is doing. I like singing, it helps me to talk to God myself.

I like going to the Bible studies and learning together, it's very intersting. I like reading James because I feel it talks to us and we are currently reading Ephesians, it is really interesting.

I just love Haven, It's nice to help in the kitchen, lovely to meet new people and be able to help other people who need help.

My personal testimony since being a member is that God has given me hope, joy and wisdom. Now when things come against me, I am learning how to respond in the right way. When the enemy tells us negative things, I remember God has promised me brighter things ahead and to keep looking forward. Since becoming a Christian, I feel like a new person - body, spirit and mind - I prefer the new guy!
